Our hair extensions are steam curled using sophisticated techniques and chemical free ingredients to ensure superior quality. When you receive a new set of hair extensions you will notice that the curls are very defined and have a perfect pattern. When washed they will slightly loosen giving them a more natural appearance but will not lose the curl.
Bebonia offers two different sets: 110 grams and 220 grams. The difference in weight comes from the amount of hair and wefts included in each set. The individual thickness of each strand does not vary and will stay consistent. The benefit of having two weighted sets to choose from means that you can mix and match lengths and curl patterns to give your hair a truly natural look.

Our 110-gram set is specifically designed for those with a fine hair type and is great for adding some natural volume to your hair.
Our 220-gram set is our heaviest set and is catered for those who already have medium or thick hair and are looking to add length and have an extra voluminous look. This is the set that we recommend for those with short hair looking to add 18-22'' hair extensions.
Picking the best set for your hair type is important because it will help you achieve the most natural blend. For example, even if you have a thick set of hair with great volume, we recommend you purchase the 220g set because the lighter weight set might cause the extensions to look “stringy” in your hair. For thinner hair, if you try to wear the 220g, it might be too heavy for your hair.
For best results, we recommend that your hair be at least 6-7 inches in length (between chin and shoulder length). Our 220g set is better for blending with short hair, to ensure that there is enough hair on each weft to work with and create a seamless blend.
Bebonia curly hair extensions are a great accessory for those who have had a big chop, are transitioning or their hair takes what feels like an eternity to grow!
An idea is to come up with a numbering system for the wefts, so that you know exactly where each weft is supposed to be clipped in for the future uses. The more that you use them the better you'll get at putting them back in!
Base your decision larger on how thick your hair is. However, if you are unable to choose between our two sets, we recommend you opt for the heavier sets. That way, you can ensure that there are more than enough wefts to create a seamless transition between hair and extensions. When the extensions are too lightweight, the extensions could appear unnatural and stringy, which is the last thing you want!
If you have shorter hair chances are that you may have to spend more time blending in your hair extensions to make sure they look natural. It is unlikely that you will be able to pull your Bebonia’s straight out of the box and have a natural look from the start.
Try curling your extensions into your hair. Take small sections of your extensions and combining them together with a section of your natural hair and then curling it together can help with a seamless blend.
If you have multiple shades of color in your hair, we recommend that you match the set with the lightest highlight or portion of your hair. This is because it is less damaging to your Bebonia extensions to dye it a darker shade. We never recommend that you bleach your set. Bleaching is very harmful and can lower the quality of your set and will loosen the curl.
To dye your set a new color, take it to a professional hair colorist, who has previous experience dyeing hair extensions. They can add in lowlights or dye the roots a darker color to help your new extensions blend in. If you do choose to get your set dyed, we recommend that you test one weft beforehand to make sure it is a match.
It is very common for curly hair girls to have multiple hair patterns. If this is you, we recommend combining 2 patterns of Bebonia hair extensions to blend with your natural hair. Try alternating the patterns when you clip them in, this will give you dimension and blend nicely with your natural hair.
For example, if you have a tighter curl toward the back of your head and a more lose one around your face then you can opt to clip in Ringlet on the back and Curly towards the front. Play with your Bebonias!
Since Bebonia hair extensions are made of 100% Remy human hair, they can be dyed a darker color or toned by a professional hair colorist, who has previous experience dyeing hair extensions. If you choose to get them dyed, we recommend testing out the color on one clip weft before dyeing or toning the full set to ensure that you are satisfied.
We do not recommend coloring hair extensions a lighter shade, as that will require them to be bleached. Because bleaching is such a harmful chemical process, it could damage or alter the quality of your extensions. Especially curly ones! Just like natural curls, your curls can lose elasticity and strength, your curls can even drop!
If you are unable to match your hair color and are in-between shades, opt for the lighter color and take your extensions to a professional hair colorist to have her dye your set to your desired color. If you have highlights, match your extensions with the lightest highlight in your hair and have a professional colorist add lowlights to your extensions to help them blend in naturally. Be aware that dyeing or toning your hair extensions may result in a lowered lifespan. Dyeing, toning, or bleaching Bebonia Hair extensions is done at the customer's discretion.
If you decide to curl your Bebonia extensions with a curling iron or wand we recommend you set your tool at 120C/250F. Using a lower heat setting can help prolong the life of your extensions. Our natural hair receives constant nutrient from our scalps, but our hair extensions don’t get that same nutrition.
The lifespan of Bebonia extensions is determined by how well they are taken care of, what products are used on them, and how often they are worn. Usually, the lifespan of Bebonia extensions is 3-6 months. However, they can last for up to a year or longer, depending on the general care they receive.
The first few times you wear your Bebonia extensions, you might experience some normal and expected hair-fallout, which is typical for any clip-in hair extensions. There is no cause for alarm if you see hair fall out throughout the entire lifestyle of your extensions.
If clip-in extensions are part of your daily routine, then over time you might experience an increase in hair loss. This is because of the increased tensions and weight of each weft. Hair growth normally occurs when the follicle produces normal strands of hair that grow out and then shed to make room for new growth. However, when the hair follicle is affected due to tension or other stress, it can shrink and become smaller in size which produces hair that is finer than usual. The follicle’s natural growth life cycle is unable to continue, which can result in bald.
If you experience balding or excessive hair loss, consult with your doctor.
These short hairs are in there on purpose! They were placed there during the manufacturing level in order to help create more dimension in your hair. The shorter hairs help your new extensions blend in more naturally because we also have short strands of hair throughout our head because hair grows and shed at different rates.
Curly clip-in hair extensions are an easy and temporary solution for longer and fuller hair. There is no long-term bonding, pain, or damage to your natural hair. You can do-it-yourself as the set can be easily placed to match and blend with hair. They can even be dyed to better match your hair. Curly clip-in hair extensions are a quick way to create length, add volume, or add highlights to your hair. All of Bebonia’s clip-in hair extensions come in multiple pieces, called wefts, that vary in width. The wefts can be clipped in and out of your hair in just minutes and blend seamlessly into your hair. Extensions are an affordable and fast way to completely transform your look without damaging your hair permanently.
There could be several reasons why you are having trouble blending. Everyone has a different hair type and cut so that means some customers might need to put in a little more work to fully customize their set to match their hair. For example, if you have many layers, you most likely will have to layer your extensions so that intermixes with your hair more naturally.

Unfortunately, girls with short hair will need to put in extra work to ensure that their extensions blend in naturally with their hair length.
Here are our top tips:
Trim and/or layer your curly extensions. While this might seem like a waste of hair to turn around and cut it down, this is a necessary step in order to achieve a more natural flow. If you don’t trim it down, it might be more obvious to see where your real hair stops and the extensions begin. Going for a cut to an experienced hairstylist while wearing your extensions is highly recommended. We also recommend that you number the wefts so you know exactly where to place them next time.
Pick the right color for your extensions. While this may seem like a no-brainer for some, for others it is hard to know what color to pick if you are rocking ombre or balayage hair. If you have multiple different shades in your hair, it is better to choose the color that matches the ends of your roots. Even if you have a darker root color, it is okay because most of the wefts will be applied at the crown of your head. Choose a heavy weighted set. This is where most people go wrong! If you have short hair, we advise you to choose our heaviest 220g set to help have a more natural blend between extension and real hair. You need the extra wefts and hair otherwise your hairstyle might look unnatural or stringy when clipped in. Curl your extensions into your hair. Take small sections of your extensions and combine them with a section of your own hair and curl them together. This helps the extensions blend by blurring the line that differentiates your hair from the extensions.
If your hair is very thick and your extensions aren’t blending very well, we have a few solutions! Our 220g set is perfect for those with thick hair, but sometimes there are ladies out there whose hair is too thick for the extensions we offer.
Wash your extensions. While you might be too nervous to wash your extensions, we actually recommend it! Many customers find that after the extensions are washed, it fluffs up and expands, making the set look and feel thicker. This might help them blend in better!
Try clipping in the weft a little higher on your head. Or, spread them out as this can help with blending sometimes.
Braid the bottom section of your hair before you clip in your larger wefts. One of the signs that you are wearing extensions are the bottom layers of your own hair that peak out underneath the extensions. To avoid this, section the bottom of your hair (from the middle of your ear to ear), braid it, and then pin it against your head. Style your curls with the curly extensions. Combine a piece of your hair and the extensions into each curl. You can even add more thickness at the bottom by taking a wide tooth comb and backcombing in small sweeps through the ends.
If you have fine hair, our 110g set is going to be best for you to hide the clips in your hair!
These tips will help you hide wefts even if your hair is fine:
Create a solid base for the wefts. We recommend you tease the hair at the root section so that the clips have something to hold onto without sliding or pulling throughout the day.
Find your own safe zone. That is to say, find the area on your head where the clips will not be seen. Generally, for thin hair, this area is anywhere below the line of your eyebrows. Position your wefts. What works for other people might not work for you, even if you have similar hair types. While there is a general sequence in which extensions should be clipped in, make sure to experiment putting the wefts in different positions to find what works best for you. Choose the wefts. Occasionally, you don’t need to use all the wefts and that is fine! If there is not enough space on your head for every single clip-in, then you probably don’t need them all. Figure out what works best for you. Tease your crown. After your extensions are clipped in, you will immediately notice a difference in the length and thickness of your hair. It may be more noticeable if you have more hair at the bottom so to even it out, tease your hair at the crown to add volume.
If you are rocking a bob or blunt haircut, you might find it more difficult to blend in the extensions. However, it is not impossible! It is important to choose the heaviest 220g set to make sure there is enough hair to blend perfectly with your own cut.
Braid the bottom section of your hair before you clip in your larger wefts. One of the signs that you are wearing extensions are the bottom layers of your own hair that peak out underneath the extensions. To avoid this, section the bottom of your hair (from the middle of your ear to ear), braid it, and then pin it against your head. This helps to hide the bluntness of your haircut and allows for the wefts to be base of your hair, since you will be clipping the wefts directly over the pinned braid.

Curl your extensions into your hair. Take small sections of your extensions and combine them with a section of your own hair and curl them together. This helps the extensions blend by blurring the line that differentiates your hair from the extensions.
While it might seem like it would be really easy to fit in clip-in extensions, but too often visible clips can mess up your style! To fit in clip-in extensions easily, place the widest weft on the widest part of your head, which is normally from ear to ear. Usually, the three biggest weft clip onto the back of your head and the four smaller wefts are placed on the side of your head. Once you have figured out where you should place your wefts, it should take only a few minutes to clip-in! If you have thin hair, you should start low, and then work your way up. This helps hide the extensions. If you have thicker hair, you can start a little higher.
For an easier clip-in process, use a good tease comb and some hair grips. When you are applying the clip-ins, use a good hair clip to section your hair. Wherever you are attaching the clip, first backcomb the hair so the clips have something to grasp onto securely. If you have fine or silky hair, this is especially important. If you don’t like the idea of teasing your hair, you can also use hairspray or a volumizing powder to add thickness and texture so your clips stay in more securely.
In order to keep your extensions looking fresh, clip-in hair extensions should be completely dry when stored away. Keep the Bebonia Hair bag that your extensions arrived in as this is designed to be reused as a storage container. You can also store your set in an airtight container, such as a shoe box. They should be stored away from direct sunlight, preferably in a dark place like a closet shelf, cabinet, or dresser drawers.
We do not recommend that you wear your curly hair extensions when you are swimming, playing sports, or taking a shower. You can safely wear them to the beach or to the pool but we do not recommend getting into the water with them unless you tie back your hair to ensure it won’t get wet. Because Bebonia Hair Extensions are made of 100% Remy human hair, they do not get ruined if they are wet. However, if they do get wet, they might get tangled with your own hair and cause damage to both your natural hair and extensions. For the same reason, we do not recommend you wear clip-in extensions when playing sports.
We recommend you choose high-quality products specifically formulated for dry and damaged hair. This will keep your extensions healthy and nourished. We also recommend heat protectant sprays, serums, and other leave-in conditioners or treatments because they are highly beneficial and will help preserve the quality of your extensions. Opt for only sulfate-free and alcohol-free shampoos and conditioners on your set.
Bebonia hair extensions are made with 100% Remy human hair so they can be washed and styled just like normal hair. Because our extensions are not constantly receiving nutrients and natural oils from our scalps, they do not need to be washed as often as they do not get oily or greasy like natural hair. You should only wash your Bebonia hair extensions only 10-15 wears or when there is a lot of product build up to the point where they become unmanageable to style.
There are some hair products that are full of alcohols and sulfates, which can dry out hair. Since our extensions are not constantly receiving nutrients and natural oils from our scalps, they do not need to be washed as often as they do not get oily or greasy like natural hair and can dry out faster. If you dyed your extensions, you can use a shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for colored treated hair.
Yes. Place each weft on top of each other, similar to when you first receive them, to help keep them tangle free during the washing process. After you shampoo them add conditioner and brush them with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush from bottom to top, gently removing any knots and tangles in the hair. The fabric base of the weft does not need to be washed unless you use a lot of product and feel that the fabric and clips need to be washed.

While we do our best to ensure that there is always enough product in our warehouse, occasionally there are times where a unit is temporarily out of stock. It the item is on backorder, that means that we have no units left but we do have a new shipment on the way. The date listed beside the backorder notice indicates when we are expecting the new shipment to arrive. This is when you can expect for your order to begin processing at our warehouse and preparing for shipment.

We will send you the new requested color/weight hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must first contact us after sending the package back and provide us with tracking information of the returned set, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. At the moment, all orders are running on a 5-7 business day processing/production time (Pre-Order items excluded). (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if anyone has accepted the package for you. 4. Check your mailbox and any safe drop areas around the parameters of your home. In most cases, the carrier will specify on your tracking link where the package was delivered, for example, the mailbox or the front door. However, we still recommend that you check all possible areas as to where it could have been delivered to in order to rule out the other options. Wait 24-48 hours for your package to deliver. On rare occasions, the carrier may mark the package as being delivered earlier than it actually is. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Bebonia, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.
