Join our existing CS team of two

What we are looking for:

-Someone who is patient, solutions-minded, and can provide luxury-based customer service
-Zendesk and Shopify experience
-Prior experience with an eCommerce or online-based brand preferred
-Knowledge and genuine interest in the Curly Hair Community! (this is a plus)

Job responsibilities:

-Provide customer support across our email and social media pages (Instagram/Facebook)
-Coordinate and communicate with our fulfillment team on customer orders
-Become a Bebonia product knowledge expert 
-Share customer feedback and internal areas of improvement with the team.

Additional Info:

-Remote 1099 Contractor position (EST-based applicants preferred)
-Time Commitment: 10-15 hours/week, Monday - Sunday (weekend availability is a must)
-Compensation: $15/hr
