Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the full order within 30 days of purchase.
In order for us to process a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. The main portion of the packaging must be unopened.

Keep in mind all sets include a tester weft in the top packaging compartment. The tester weft is part of the full set and is required to be shipped back with the silver bind in order for us to process a refund or exchange.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Original shipping, handling costs, and Route package insurance are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons:
- Shower Cap
- Storage Bag
- Scrunchie
- Pillowcase
- Bounce Curl Brush
- Microfiber Towel
We encourage you to thoroughly review product details before making a purchase decision.
Additional Charges for Damaged Items
In the event that an item is returned with a missing tester weft, or the tester weft has been washed, colored, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $25 to cover the cost of handling and restocking.
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the original payment method used for the order.
U.S. Returns

Please note: we offer complimentary return shipping for all U.S. exchanges.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required by EU law.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Visit our returns portal and submit your return request within 30 days of delivery. Once submitted, you’ll receive return instructions and our return address.
Conditions
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. The main packaging must be unopened. Your set includes a tester weft — this must be returned with the silver bind included.
If the tester weft is missing, washed, colored, or not in its original condition, a €25 handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping
EU customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service — we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
Non-returnable items
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons: Shower Cap, Storage Bag, Scrunchie, Pillowcase, Bounce Curl Brush, and Microfiber Towel.

International Returns (Non-EU)
All international returns must be initiated through our returns portal before sending your item back. Returns sent without a portal submission may be delayed or unidentifiable upon arrival.
How to return your international order
- Visit our returns portal and submit your return request.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and our return address.
- Print your packing slip and include it inside your package.
- Write your Return ID (provided in the portal) clearly on the outside of your package.
- Purchase a return shipping label through your local post office or courier.
- Ship using a tracked service and keep your receipt until your return is processed.
Important
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or import duties.
- We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping — we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Items must be returned within the window provided in your portal approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds or store credits are issued after your return is received and approved. Please allow processing time once delivered.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bebonia.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Note: this exclusion does not apply to EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal.
Exchanges
We understand that picking the right color can be tricky when shopping online. We’re happy to exchange your unopened Bebonia Hair Extension set for the right color within 30 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygienic reasons, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
U.S. exchanges ship free — we’ll cover the return shipping label for you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
